Also, pull out this binder at conference time to make sure you’re prepared for parents’ questions about their student’s growth!

Organizing Your Year
Units of Study at a Glance Lay out your year by writing in the focus for each month.
We like to place our grade level’s Common Core checklists right behind our units at a glance. If you need the checklists, you will find them here: http://www.thecurriculumcorner.com/2012/08/18/common-core-checklists/
Student Groupings This is a multipurpose form that can be used to help you keep track of the fluid groups you have during balanced math.
Math Center Management This is designed to help you plan your small groups (teacher led centers) during math time. Record the focus of each group and the activities you complete with each group.
Math Station Preplan what activity students will complete at each center.
Assistant guide It always takes extra instruction time to give directions to adults who come in to assist during math time. To eliminate this, we have created this assistant guide.
Math Conference Form Keep track of skills each student needs extra assistance with. Print one of these for each student. This is a great way to track interventions and student progress.
Math Observations Keep your observations in one place with this form. Record the skill and observations about students to help you form future groups. This will make it easier for you to form groups needing interventions.
Math Intervention Tracking Track what interventions you are providing for your struggling students. This sheet has a spot for you to list strengths and struggles along with the strategies you have tried.
Reports & Scores
