We know you can never have enough engaging ways to help your students practice sight words. Use these colorful boards to give your students a little more fun when practicing their words.

Get your boards ready by printing in color on card stock and laminating for durability. Provide students with a coin and two different colored markers to play.

How to Play these Fry Word Games:

  1. The first student begins by flipping a coin.
  2. Move 1 space for heads. Students will move 2 spaces for tails.
  3. If a students reads the word correctly, they will stay. When a word is misread, the student moves back.
  4. The first player to reach the flip flops wins.

This collection of 10 Fry Word boards are perfect for the end of the school year.  Or, copy the boards best for each student and send them home to encourage summer practice.

All of the first 300 Fry words are found within these boards.
