They will make different types of connections to share during a discussion of the text. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They should be encouraged to take a card and jot down some words that will help them to remember their connections. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Building Background Knowledge Boards<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>There are two versions of this poster. Students can use them as they read to signify &amp; mark details or facts.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They can simply put the bookmarks into their books in order to share during a conference.
