There is also a recording page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">Sentence Sort &nbsp;<\/span><\/strong>Students sort the sentences into the correct category depending on the type of sentence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">Spring Phrases<\/span> <\/strong>We have provided four different sentences. Students choose one, record the sentence and draw a picture to show what they visualize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">ABC Order Practice<\/span> <\/strong>This center gives students practice alphabetizing up to the third letter. Includes two recording pages for you to choose from.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">Past Tense Verbs<\/span><\/strong> &nbsp;Students record the verb and then write the past tense of each verb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">Abbreviations<\/span><\/strong> &nbsp;Students match each word with the correct abbreviation in a matching game or sort. Another variation is for you to provide the full words only. Students choose a word and write the correct abbreviation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">Be an Author<\/span> <\/strong>&nbsp;Encourage students to focus on word usage. Children choose a sentence card and then expand the sentence by adding adjectives, more exciting verbs and anything else to make the sentence easier to visualize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">Friendly Letter Writing<\/span><\/strong> &nbsp;Students choose a letter prompt and write a friendly letter.
