We have put together a collection of four addition bug addition BUMP games for math fact practice in your classroom (or home!)
To play, partners will need two to four dice (or 2 10-sided dice) and a set of 20 stackable game pieces.
Directions for our Bug Addition BUMP games:
- Roll the appropriate number cubes and add the numbers.
- Cover that space with a game piece.
- You can bump your partner’s space if he/she has a game piece on the number that is your answer.
- If you cover a number space with 2 stacked game pieces, that space can’t be bumped.
- The first player to use all 10 of their game pieces first wins!
**The first three boards are meant to be used with 2, 3 or 4 dice depending upon the directions. For simple math fact addition practice use the first board. For computation practice use the second or third boards.
**The fourth board in this bug addition BUMP set is designed to be used with two 10-sided dice. In order to fit all of the possible answers, we needed to remove the directions. Because of this, you will need to make sure students fully understand the directions before you begin.
