Add this winter digital would you rather set of slides to your distance learning collection for the classroom.
This is another free resource for teachers and families from The Curriculum Corner.
Your students will love this winter digital would you rather set for a brain break during distance learning.
We have found that children are often motivated by would you rather activities. We’ve created Writing Would You Rather Prompts in the past. We’ve been told that these are a hit with kids but we are now expanding some digital ideas for the classroom.
As more schools are returning to distance learning, we are working to add resources with a winter theme.
Hopefully next year these slides will also be useful as a resource that can be displayed on your interactive white board for an in-class break from learning.
Using these winter digital distance learning slides
These slides are designed to be a movement break. They also help you and others learn more about the class.
When designing these slides, the intent was to provide a learning break for children during distance learning.
While we wanted them to offer a little bit of of movement during virtual instruction, our hope is that next year will be a little more normal and then can be used in a traditional classroom.
You might try to use these all at once or break them into groups. When your children need a little movement, share a slide during your Zoom meeting.
As an extension, challenge students to create their own. They can write out their questions and email you. Maybe some students would want to create their very own set of slides to use with the class.
