These Zoom Around the Room Welcome Slides will give you a fun way to engage your students as your class meetings begin.

This is another free distance learning resource for teachers from The Curriculum Corner.

We have created these zoom around the room welcome slides to help you get your class meetings started.

With distance learning in our future, we are looking to create free resource to help you engage your students.

Some of our other distance learning resources can be found at the bottom of this post.

These slides are designed to be similar to show and tell but designed for e-learning.

As the school year begins, we know some will be meeting their students virtually which will add a challenge to getting to know your students.

Our thought in creating these slides is that they can be a fun activity that also gives your children an opportunity to share.

When using these, we created 32 different slides. You can pick and choose how many to use each day. Maybe the first few days you can do more because this will be a fun getting to know you activity.

Our Zoom Around the Room Welcome Slides

Each slide contains a quick zoom rhyme:

Zoom, zoom, look around your room,

Warming up our brains will help us bloom!

Following the rhyme students will be given an object to hunt for.

Personal items such as a favorite book or toy are included. You will also find requests for shapes and colors.

The first slide has been left blank in case you need the background to make your own request.
